Julia
At Meredith College, Julia trained as a social worker specializing in adolescents and pursued that career in Winston-Salem for five years. Recently relocated to Greensboro, she says, “I’m getting out of mental health for a while to save my own!” Julia loves the outdoors, particularly hiking and rock-climbing. She has also loved animals for as long as she can remember. Julia's family includes three pets adopted from the shelter: Ted, a Cocker/Border Collie mix who lives to “Kong,” and two cats named Ching and Mina.
