DID YOU
KNOW?
The sense of smell is stronger than taste in cats.
Cats have over 400
taste buds and can detect the four basic taste sensations: sour,
bitter, sweet and salty. However, the sense of smell plays a greater
role in their food preferences.

Special 33™
Formula
For Adult Cats With
Sensitive Stomachs |
Some adult
cats have trouble digesting higher levels of starch in their food,
which can result in loose stools and even diarrhea.
- Your finicky adult cat will respond quickly to the superior
palatability and three different kibble shapes of this specific diet.
- Chicory extract enhances digestion by providing nutrients to the
"good bacteria" in the large bowel.
Key Features:
 |
- ACTI-DIGEST™
To Help Avoid Diarrhea in Sensitive Stomachs
Physiological Concern: Sensitive
Stomach - Some adult cats have difficulty digesting
higher levels of starch in their food, which can result in loose
stools, and even diarrhea. Digestive sensitivity may include
irregular transit, unstable digestive flora, digestive
insufficiency, and/or limited digestive capacity.
Innovative Solution: Acti-Digest™
- Acti-Digest™
is an exclusive association of ingredients of plant and mineral
origin, guaranteeing maximum digestive safety.

- 100% MEAT PROTEIN FROM
CHICKEN
Human Grade Quality Easily Assimilated by Finicky Eaters
Physiological Concern:
Assimilation of Essential Nutrients -
Because cats cannot store
protein, they require a great deal of protein in their diet.
The source of protein should have the highest availability of
nutrients.
Innovative Solution: 100% Meat
Protein Comes from Chicken - Chicken protein has a very
high biological value, and is easily assimilated by finicky
eaters.
|
 |
- MULTIPLE KIBBLE SHAPES
Enhances Palatability and Acceptance by Finicky Eaters
Physiological Concern: Finicky
Eaters - An
adult cat that suffers from a sensitive stomach does not
associate eating as a positive experience. The owner tends to
"give in" and feed canned food to encourage consumption. These
conditions tend to produce a very finicky cat.
Innovative Solution: Multiple Kibble
Shapes - Multiple shapes with a specific texture provide
variety, which increases palatability, and encourages the
consumption of dry food. Cats are very sensitive to the
texture, in particular, the crunchiness. Crunching is
instinctive in cats, and an integral part of their behavior.
More importantly, dry food minimizes the formation of tartar on
teeth, retains its nutritional value all day, and encourages
drinking. Finally, after receiving high-quality dry food, many
cats later refuse to eat canned food.

Recommended Feeding Guide
When changing your pet's diet, gradually mix food over a 5-7 day
period, increasing daily the amount of new food added so that 100% of
the new food will be provided to the pet by day seven.
Food may be served right out of the bag or moistened with water, if
desired. You may wish to leave a daily portion of dry cat food out and
available at all times so that cats may feed themselves. Always
remember to provide your pet with clean, fresh water at all times. For
your pet's health, see your veterinarian regularly.
This is only a guide. Optimal feeding amounts may vary with age,
temperament, activity level and environment.
