Philosophy and Goals:
Dalmatian Rescue of the Carolinas strives to assist the rescue community
by providing financial assistance for extraordinary medical emergencies. A
fund for this purpose, The Millie Fund, has been established. It is in
honor of a sweet Dalmatian named Millie (Milagro or Miracle) who survived
a short time in rescue with the assistance of many. Her story may be read
