Offers educational programs about pet ownership and pet welfare to individuals and schools; pet mobile meals-deliver pet food twice monthly to elderly pet owners; investigations for cases of cruelty and abuse; referral service which dispenses information on anything related to animals; speakers bureau; lost and found service; financial assistance program; assistance to families or individuals who qualify for spaying or neutering of pets. ( A spray/neuter mobile clinic began in 2000. )
